Village Halloween is a safe and fun way for young children to experience trick-or-treating. ImagineU is transformed into a festive village, complete with doors to knock on! This is a free community event. Parent supervision is required at all times.

$1,000 Event Sponsor (Limit 2)

• Recognition as the official sponsor of Village Halloween 2019
• Opportunity to have up to 4 banners during the event to be placed around facility by ImagineU representative (banners provided by sponsor)
• Opportunity to decorate entrance door
• Opportunity to provide promotional materials for every attending family
• Company logo listed on ImagineU Village Halloween webpage
• One advertisement in our member newsletter (quarter page)
• Mention in all applicable marketing and promotional items • 2 hour museum rental based on availability

$300 Door Sponsor (Limit 35)

• Opportunity to decorate door (optional)
• Opportunity to provide promotional materials along with treat (optional)
• Company name listed on ImagineU Village Halloween webpage

Sponsor agrees to:

• Provide payment in full by October 10, 2019
• Provide minimum of one person, in costume, to maintain door and hand out candy from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Provide high resolution color logo - Deadline October 10, 2019 - PDF, AI or PSD are preferred; JPEG is acceptable
• Decorate door no later than 2:45 p.m. day of event (decorating is optional)
• Door will be available starting at 12:00 p.m.
• All decorations will need to be removed at the close of the evening
